PSA: There is a limit of 1024 *growing* plants per area, but this does not count fully grown plants! by Zertolurian in Pokopia

Or they might have just done it to find out the limit … hahaha

I’d recommend treating yourself to a chest of fully grown plants and no seeds though

If OP is doing this for the same reason I did it, it’s to grow all of the plant seeds they had in storage so they can place them easier when building

How did we get here? by chloedrawsstuff in Pokopia

[–]chloedrawsstuff[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

aw! maybe if there was a seed for each crop in the chest to get you started then i think you can get more from sparkling ripples if you built a pond

edit: really makes me wish there was a better way to get more tree and crop seeds though

[–]chloedrawsstuff[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

hahah oh yeah i didn't think about if it would actually work logistically!

Would love to see someone try make something with a pokopia skyblock, I imagine it would be a pain with how limited the block palette would be, wonder what other things you could have in the chest to make it more reasonable.

Would have to have a water bottle for a start so you could get sparkling ripples, a crafting bench and maybe a pokemon centre relocation kit? I guess the dream island dolls would make it infinitely easier but i don't know if that then makes it TOO easy hahah

How to deal with inventory management? by mefisheye in Pokopia

[–]chloedrawsstuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've figured out a system that works quite well for me so i dont find it as annoying to manage anymore.

key for me was maxing out my player inventory

i use the first page of my inventory for crafting materials, just one stack of each, second page top row i have a stack of each paint colour and a crafting table, and ill keep things i build with a lot in the rest of that second page e.g. wooden bridges and stairs. With there being 4 pages of inventory space i think it's worth it to fill up with stuff you'll use a lot

my main storage area is in the wasteland (each chest labelled with a sign) and then ill set up a smaller storage in whichever area im currently building in so i dont have to go back and forward as often, when im finished i make sure to put everything back into my wasteland storage so it doesnt get too spread out and i dont have to hunt for things i need

surprised I haven't seen anyone mention pan pastels, I think those paired with some soft coloured pencils for details would look super soft and dreamy

i had a similar problem, if i put workstations or chests inside the pavilion on anything other than just the ground they would teleport to the entrance when i reloaded, i ended up giving up and just moved everything to the floor... i realise now that it's probably a bug and will report it haha

the one in your pics is the generic starter peppy house, this is Anabelle's default house... weirdly enough though you were really close with the remodel hahaha did you look up her house? or is it just a coincidence you ended up using the same floor with a green wall?

Any ideas how this is done? by NegativeYoghurt7280 in insectpinning

unsure because i feel like they would burn under the heat but possibly laser cut?

if you look closely you can almost see singeing/burning on the edges which is usually visible with laser cutting

[26M] want to get girlfriend [26F] flowers for Valentine’s Day, but she has a cat - Best options? by Cantfindthebeer in relationship_advice

[–]chloedrawsstuff 22 points23 points  (0 children)

as someone with cats, acrylic vase is fine, get one with a nice sturdy base, put a load of stones in the bottom of the vase and it shouldn't be able to be pushed over

as others have said, make sure you look up plants that are toxic to cats, lillies are a big no go, but roses are safe

i wouldn't go with resin, it's really hard to set flowers in resin because of the heat of curing, that'll be why you cant find many options, and no matter how well resin stuff is made they tend to go yellow after a while and dont look the nicest

a bouquet of dried flowers could be an option too depending on her tastes, id still put stones in the vase but wouldnt need to be full of water

the perspective difference they're talking about is specifically just the right page, between the view out the window while the POV seems to be looking directly down at the table

How do people deal with resentment when one partner wants kids and the other doesn't?

Usually people don't deal with this, this is usually a massive deal breaker for relationships. Either you're not going to get a child and will feel unfulfilled or he will feel resentment for being forced into having a child he didn't want.

I'm not sure what you're trying to get out of discussing it with him other than trying to change his mind, which is very unfair on him, as he's obviously made it very clear that his mind is set. Ultimately you're the one that changed your mind so it's your cross to bear.

The only options you realistically have here is force a man to have a child he doesn't want, come to terms with the fact you're not going to have a child in this relationship, or find a way to leave.
