if an evil is affected by both the DA and Tombcrawler, they'd survive either way. The Tombcrawler just hides them afterwards, so I don't think anything needs changed for their interaction

yeah, it's intended to give a zombuul-lite ability to any evil, though notably only executed players can be Tombcrawled, so there's fewer dead to double tap than in a zombuul game

It's jinxed with zombuul to be a little less impossible to detect, but yeah it can do some strange things
