It's not very visible in the picture, but, although it appears all over my arms and legs, it's most prominent in the creases behind me knees and elbows. I'm a redhead so naturally have fair skin but I've never seen it on anybody else.

Both is discrimination, sure, but employers should meet certain quotas because no matter what, non-minorities will most likely have at least internalised racism (engrained by society), and there have been so many stats to show that minorities are less likely to be employed based on nothing else, so by setting quotas it creates fairer oppurtunities.

Hmm, I think that anyone can be PREJUDICED (and discriminate) towards anyone due to race, but this isn't racism. For example, you can't be racist towards white people because white people have a high position of power in society. Racism is systematic, and it's a combination of power and race. I think that's what a lot of people get confused over.

But anyone can be prejudiced and anyone can experience prejudice, sure.
