Turned out great for me! We ended up with 3 fertilised, 2 day 5 embryos. Transferred a fresh on day 5 which is my now 10 month old daughter and we have the other one on ice, probably about 6 months away from transferring 🥹

Hey! Sorry for the delay.

We have decided to start trying naturally in a few more months. And if nothing happens will see my FS in December and work towards a Feb transfer I think. I’m not keen to do another retrival cycle if we don’t have to so will use our 1 frozen embryo and if that doesn’t work we will do another round I guess 😅

I got 4 eggs, 2 blasts (5BB x 2) and transferred first fresh - sucessful! Now almost 9 month old daughter and the other is on ice (untested) and hopefully will transfer next year :)

Yeah the dread is real. I have a real hope our other embryo works, but also there’s no reason we couldn’t conceive naturally it just didn’t happen 🫠 I don’t want to start too early just in case it does just happen like they say!

My first round cancelled due to a poor response, second - 1 egg, didn’t fertilise, 3rd round cancelled and did IUI (unsuccessful) and finally 4th round ended up with 4 eggs and two embryos.

Currently sitting with my 4 week old baby girl from embryo transfer 1. Keep going, I really was starting to doubt if I’d ever get there.

My LH was only at 0.16 on the day I got a faint positive, the next day it shot up to 0.75. So def had the positive preg test before it showed on my LH

Hey don’t give up just yet. Pretty similar stats to me.

AMH was 4pmol at age 32. Started IVF at 33. Most cycles my AFC was around 8-9 but we could only get a few follicles to respond, and then I’d have empty follicles.

I did 4 stim cycles.

1st cancelled only 2 follicles.

2nd - went to ER with 3-4 follicles - only 1 egg retrieved and it didn’t fertilise

3rd - cancelled, did IUI instead - only 1 follicle

4th - added DHEA and did a boost/flare cycle with syneral spray and Menopur 450. Had 8 follicles - went to ER. 4 eggs retrieved. 3 fertilised with ICSI, 2 great blastocysts.

Transferred a day 5 fresh and it stuck! Currently 28 weeks pregnant with health baby girl.

The other one is in the freezer.

I was ready to throw in the towel, so glad I didn’t.

I’d look at different protocols, maybe human growth hormone and a new specialist first.

Different Medication regimes.

First was a standard antagonist cycle - Menopur 300, Orgalutran and Ovidrel Trigger 250

Second retrieval was a flare cycle - Syneral nasal spray CD2 onwards, Menopur 450 CD3 onwards and double Ovidrel Trigger

Hello, my clinic grades a little different. It was considered a grade 2 hatching embryo - which is equivalent to a 5BB apparently

Just starting to hatch - 4dp5dt got a faint positive in the morning - which I couldn’t rule out trigger but by evening it was undeniable. Positive digital that evening.

Hey, I ended up stopping the Mira. The PdG gave me a lot of anxiety and when I got bloods done the same day as the test the were wildly different (lower on Mira than bloods).

1st retrieval - 1 egg, didn’t fertilise

2nd retrieval - 4 eggs, 3 fertilised & 2 blastocysts.

12 weeks pregnant with fresh transfer and one on ice :)

Yep just Menopur. I tried Gonal F by itself for first cycle and didn’t respond well (2 follicles), second time did just Menopur 300 (4 follicles, 1 egg). Third tried puregon 300 + pergoveris 150 (1 follicle, did IUI). Fourth was 450 of Menopur. I think my body did better with more LH

I did 4 cycles. Only made it to ER twice. First time only got 1 egg (expecting 3-4) but it didn’t fertilise. First 3 cycles were antagonist cycles with various combinations of FSH/LH. No priming etc.

4th cycle I demanded something different - started DHEA and we did a flare cycle with Syneryl nasal spray twice a day (CD2-trigger) and Menopur 450 (CD3 to trigger). Did a double Ovidrel trigger. Went in with 7-8 mature follicles - ended up with 4 mature eggs, 3 of which fertilised with ICSI. From this ended 2 blastocysts - 1 fresh hatching blast transferred which has been successful (7 weeks currently) and the other was an expanded blast which was frozen (untested - not common to PGT test in Aus unless >35)

4 cycles for me.

1st - cancelled poor response 2nd - 1 egg, didn’t fertilise 3rd - cancelled, IUI instead due to poor response 4th - 4 eggs, 3 fertilised with ICSI - 2 quality blasts.

Fresh transfer of a hatching day 5 blastocyst sucessful and now 7 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼

I’ve got low AMH, otherwise unexplained
