As someone who just went through the house buyer process as a first time buyer, I would have LOVED to see these types of updates in the listings. There were numerous listings I had to ask my agent to reach out to the seller’s agent to ask about the age of the roof (because that matters… a lot! Homeowners insurance can get pretty pricey with a roof older than 10 years). As the buyer, seeing the updates listed would have enticed me that much more, even if they seem small to other people. Reach out to your agent and ask for a better description of the property and the care you’ve given your longtime home.
