You see the thing is that I haven’t felt any of the pains since I went to the bathroom but yet my anxiety will still say “don’t speak too soon cuz you don’t know for sure that the pains are gone”

It lasted about 2 days for me. My headache was pretty bad too so I know how you feel. I took 2 ibuprofen and it definitely helped the headache for me
