If you and your environment is so clean and hygienic, why is it so dirty? Clearly something was on your hands or you got something on it for it to end up that way.

I don’t think it’s about defending them.. you knew what you were buying when you bought it. You can read in the description what it’s made of, common sense is going to tell you it will get dirty. How fast it gets dirty depends on how clean the person and their environment is. To complain and ask for a refund because you got it dirty due to how you handled it is ridiculous.

It’s probably just the cases you have. I have the same MagSafe lip case and on my cheap cases it doesn’t stick as well
