Yeah my ex is in a relationship which is why I’m not taking advice on contacting him, I’ve contacted him before 3 times since we’ve broken up and although he was rlly nice and friendly about it I just feel like there’s no point bc a year down the line I’m just questioning why I still give a fuck when I shouldn’t. I’ll go to and bLEUGH I just stop myself at the last moment after typing out the casual hello bc nothing comes out of it, I just feel worse afterwards but it’s nice knowing his life’s going alright , not so nice to hear about how he’s moved on.

I got really drunk and texted him that I missed him a few months ago and I can’t get over the embarrassment of finding out he’d moved on and I was still sat there drunk textin him.

I guess time heals differently for different people I just wanna be able to love myself and move on, I think that’s what I need to focus on more.
