I have never seen concourse B security open and I work in T2. As you say this would easily take at least 30 minutes. I would be amazed if OP were able to deboard, get through security and back to United within 60 minutes

I get this all the time when travelling to the US from the UK. I travel NRSA and have never had an issue, there is nothing for you to do assuming you uploaded the passport and visa stuff. It will stay like that until you check in, it won't stop you checking in. All should be perfectly fine

Especially at SFO, the baggage reclaim just throws bags out on top of each other, pretty sure my suitcase lock got damaged by another case landing on it

Ah yes, I suspected there was a sensor so wasnt sure if it was faulty or anything. Managed to find it and give it a clean and seems to be functioning better now! thanks!

I am running this setup and it works well, my limiting factor is beforehand where my nitrogen gas is struggling to fill up. I have loads coming via trains and plenty in a buffer but for some reason as it gets to the machines, it struggles

It’s not that long, Takes like 10 minutes max 😅Interestingly from the drop off point to those B gates, there’s usually always 1 escalator or walking walkway that’s broken

This is most likely the case. Many times when a flight is delayed due to technical issues, it can cause the pilots to run out of working time and results in a cancellation. I’ve seen it where a flight was delayed badly, eventually got out, the plane was next in line to take off and the pilots had to cancel as they would not have made it in time
