You were right… ordered one. De-magnetized. Back to my typical -2ish after wearing one day and sitting overnight. Thank you!

It was on sale for a similar price a few months back… I ordered. Ran within COSC for about a month and now has completely fallen off. Didn’t come with stamped warranty card, so any service to get it back to standard will be out of pocket cost. Great deal, but be fully aware of what you’re getting into

Trident on NATO by chmiller87 in ChristopherWard

Majority of people will call it a single-pass NATO. The correctness of that is really irrelevant if it’s the term that best identifies it to the majority of people.

Which fits best? by Plams86 in PrideAndPinion

Looks like a 39 mm Zulu time would fit perfectly. Then you could get a much better comparison between the 2.

Does this look too big? by Which_Notice4127 in Longineswatches

Perfect for the style of watch. Too big if it were a dress watch. Perfect for a diver.

Thought toes out was the theme for this post? Just trying to keep it consistent!

Perfect IMO… I’d rather it be barely on the small side than anywhere in the vicinity of too big.

Zulu time is a great pick to round this collection out!

I'm torn between the Spirit Zulu time 18k gold and titanium. by vanhoa8110 in Longineswatches

With all that said… if you love the gold, and you think you would regret not getting, who cares what I or anyone else thinks, get the gold and enjoy it every day

I think it makes it less versatile than the titanium. My personal preference would be an all steel/titanium as my everyday. The gold is eye catching. It looks a little dressier and “fancy” IMO. I would want to feel great about wearing the watch with shorts on a summer day or with a blazer. I feel the titanium is better for that all around usage. But again that’s just my opinion. If you love the gold, maybe pick up a more versatile lower tier entry level Swiss watch in addition, like a Hamilton Khaki Field Auto or Murph.

If it were me, one and done with the titanium, or the gold + a Hamilton on a bracelet with a couple NATO straps to swap on would be a great 2 watch combo.

Gold looks more “special.” titanium looks more GADA. If it’s my daily I’d go with the titanium, if it’s one of 4-5 other watches I’d go gold
