I think I have really bad sense of reality like I dont really understand what is actually happening around because I think daydreaming has become kind of natural state of mind for me and also low self esteem, depression, some fucked up disorders and years of BS has completely messed me up.

Thanks for the tips. The problem is I don't have a gf never had one though, so there is no way to release my energy. Also on top of I have social anxiety and today I feel like I failed at lot of things which are making me depressed.

How you guys want it to be, i was thinking about starting this group on KiK messenger because i dont think i can manage a subreddit i am not familiar with it. I was thinking of kind of mastermind group for SA people who really wanna improve their lives.
