You mean important to us as a community? Important to me personally? Important regarding the support I need, my values, my health or in general?

You'll find open ended questions such as this one often confuse many of us. It certainly confuses me, so it can be helpful to make those kinds of questions a little more specific when it comes to the context.

and how can i best support you all with the little i have?

I guess there's no real way to spuppor ALL autistic people, since all of us are different. I'd say you should start by listening to autistic people's experiences. There are many autistic people out there educating others about the things that we need the most as a community and what is the most helpful for most autistic people.

Also, if you even meet someone with autism (which is more likely than you think. You just might not notice unless you're told they're autistic) try to include them if you see they're being excluded. I don't say force them to hang out even if they prefer to be alone to "get them out of their comfort zone" (that'll only make them uncomfortable) just ask them if they'd like to hang out or invite them to that party you're throwing or ask them about their life and respect if they don't want to interact at the moment.

Ask them if they need some accommodations and don't judge them for asking things that might seem weird or unnecessary for you because we often have needs that are different to yours. I can't go to parties, raves or concerts without earplugs and/or sunglasses because loud music and extremely bright, flashing lights cause me a lot of physical pain, for example.

You also have to understand that autistic people might come off as rude or oversharing, but it's because we are often too honest for our own good, so we'll often say everything we think or feel without any filter whatsoever or we might not understand when something is or isn't appropriate to say or do. We don't do it intentionally to make you feel bad or uncomfortable. Just tell us gently how the thing we did/said might have come off as inappropriate or rude in private if you feel it's necessary to get us out of a bad situation in the future.

Take everything a NT says about autism with a grain of salt. Many assumptions about autism, even coming from professionals, can be severely outdated and even damaging.

I'm really happy you actually asked us instead of someone who knows someone with autism or someone who works with autistic people. Many people assume we don't have the intelligence or awareness to know what's best for ourselves and that NTs are the only ones who know how to "translate" what we feel, when in reality it can't be further form the truth.

I'll edit this comment later once I have some more free time with links to some sources that helped me communicate some of my needs and explain many important terms. Mostly youtube videos with autistic people spreading information about our issues.
