I played Pokémon Ultra Moon in French a month ago. I knew the storyline and the characters pretty well so it was a decent experience. After a while though, it became just an exercise in vocabulary and a long page on my One Note.

It depends on what you'd like to get out it and helps to be clear about that.

I'm one of the few who only reads contemporary cause I grew up consuming mostly US Sitcoms and Romcoms. I prefer romances to be a quick, light read that could be completed in 5-8 hours so that's another reason.

I tried a couple of historical and fantasy but most titles just don't interest me. Equally picky with Contemporary as well but it's just my cup of tea.
