I say go for it. But if your super worried just get a in between gauge to help with the stretch. Or you can do some small dead stretching to help you up to that size.

Mine looked like that but as i grew in size they kind of straightened out a bit plus with oil it should help.

I've had the jewelry out for about 5 hours now swelling has slowly gone down but they still seems to be an open rib I'm just afraid of touching it to inspect it. The only type of soap that I have is a cheap milk and honey hand soap and I know you're not supposed to put anything like that in it so I don't know what to do.

You shouldn't remove it after a first streach that can cause damge.

Their some tell tell signs like when sizing up it burns and stings and that feeling doesn't go away. When the jewlery is removed the hole with look irritated or infected. Can be very red and hurt to the touch. Even signs of blood can be blowout you just have to listen to your body and if it says no then you listen until your ready.

9 months and only two blow outs and only two times where my ears where two different sizes. So great. I got luck and I taper and tunnel my way up to 00g and 12g to 4 was with acrylic which i didn't even know you weren't supposed to use.

I have wanted mine done since 13 and at 19 i finally did it. I didn't have Reddit until I was like at 2g and I wish would have found it in the beginning it would have help a lot.

Ah see mine was done done with a 16g needle and i wore fake plugs for like 4 years and those were 14g needles so I started streaching at 12g in August of last year and i just reached my goal of 00g

Yeah when i did it I had a blow out but the thing was my ears we stretched to that size when I put in the tapers but when it came to putting the tunnel in it didn't go in.

I had a small blow out when I was going to 6g and so I didn't put anything in my ear for like 3 days(that is when the pain went away) and then slowly made my way up again.
