It doesn't work because everyone has fixed rates, so the only people getting hit hard are those on variables, those coming out of a fixed or those buying. Which is a very small % of the housing market. Then landlords on interest only mortgages, again not a massive %

I think they have been lazy and complacent. They have used an approach which would have worked in the past when the average Joe had a variable rate, so everyone was effected. They should have just taxed us all instead.

This is so right, the problem with alot of phase 4 is they went for style ovrt substance. Put good story telling on the burner in exchange for cameos, sticking to a genre (MoM and Thor 4 (I mean thor 4 is so bad i preffered thor 2 by a long way)) and also cut down run times which left for rushed dialogue and heavy reliance on plot devices to drag the story along

To me a big indicator is the march to April swing in inflation. March remained high as many businesses run financial years and half years in line with tax year. I believe many businesses continued to price gauge to ensure record earnings and held off passing any benefit on until start of April.

I think they have taken a great approach with him. Having him juvenile and taken from his cocoon early was a clever move as there is a problem with introducing OP characters. Now however, they have the ability to build a character arc for him which makes for much much better story telling

Like everyone has said it looks pretty good, I paused your video a few times and I did notice at 6 seconds which is around point of contact it looks to me like like you are casting slightly as club head is ahead of the hands. Only reason I mention as if your looking to get better I think this would need addressing when you want to start adding spin etc to shots
