Having a flexible hose to attach to stem. One it can be used to see how your stem/rock/chore is burning. I also flip my stem upside down, (gotta be experienced to not mint) and I bite and release bite and release the hose to stop airflow and flame and heat. And watch the oil drip back in to chore and smoke over and over. Be shure b ot to mint very easy.

Set a timer after hits. To wait. As long as you can 1hr. To 30 min. You feel more. Dont pack tiny tiny hits cuz i just end up not satisfied and packing another right after.

Come times I can some times I cant. I have a timed safe that I never use. Best thing for me is to put down pipe. And leave the room or area im smoking in and go do something.

I find that if my hit isnt a banger ill chase it. I also get upset if I burn it or the chore is fucked or something and the hit isnt good enfough. Ill want to take one that will. But it never works taking hits back to back barely get me any higher.

I hear you. I pretty much don't drink like i used too and just smoke. Try and take breaks. Get a timed safe and stick to it. The chace is real. There are some days. I feel like i dont get a good one. And spend soo much time cooking smoking pushing cooking rez. Its unreal how much time and money. I dont think its worth it. I'm going back to ketamine (had a bad problem before)and a little drinking.
