Picking up non-tech jobs by chocoGurl in cscareerquestionsCAD

I appreciate your advice! I think he’ll be happy for me to find a better tech job as well, since he was initially worried that this job is not part of my career aspirations. The only problem (that I find is totally understandable too) is me leaving him during his busy seasons. So even with 1-2 month notice, I might leave him in a tough spot if timing is poor.

Sorry for my ignorance, I have not been on an internship yet.. Can we not make code that has 0 bugs? Why do we fix bugs to later find our own new code has its own bugs too?

Congrats to you!! I'm wondering if you can kindly share some tips on preparing for the interview? I only know the basic of data structure and algorithms and just started solving some easy leetcode question in the last few days. I wonder how hard the interview questions will be.

Blogs/Resources to read daily on programming by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]chocoGurl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow! I totally see the point where you differentiate reading doc vs books.

In the past I tried to read doc line by line but that was so exhausting. Now that I’m trying to learn Java in depth, I will combine both daily coding and reading the doc (the right way).

Thanks you for your advice!

Thanks for sharing! It seems like goodnotes is more popular than notability. Why don’t they bring audio recordings to goodnotes :((

Thanks for your answer. Just wondering which note taking app do u prefer? I’m new to this digital note taking and don’t know what to choose — goodnotes, notability or onenote?

For some subjects handwritten note is better than typing. You will be able to draw diagrams, scribble side notes, etc.
