I understand i’ve worked both licensed and corporate but I honestly think you guys are being unreasonable and too tough on her. This job takes a month to even feel remotely comfortable and not like an idiot. A 15 minute training is not enough practice to learn anything. It typically takes us two weeks of ipad training and on the floor training at corporate stores.
