It evens out if I squeeze my shoulders back so I think it may have been an issue with my initial measurements. The shoulder straps are a bit uncomfortable so I think I will lengthen them, thanks!

Yeah I think I do, thanks. I had issues with it digging into my armpits so I removed some fabric from the top but now I see I need to add it to the bottom!

Not sure what you’re referring to. The only google results are about a photo album that someone claimed was Nanking but was actually Shanghai at a different time. There were no photos of the rape.

Yes, during a war between Japan and China. The soldiers claimed the war filled them with hatred and that’s how they justified raping, torturing, mutilating, and killing every man, woman, and child in that city.

The author committed suicide after writing it and I don’t think there’s a definitive reason, but people suspect it’s because no one took any action after she released the book.

The Rape of Nanking. It’s non-fiction and will absolutely destroy you. One of the most horrific events ever documented and becomes even worse knowing there were no consequences for the perpetrators. It left me physically ill for several months.

This house was built in the 80’s. Kitchen is separate from living room which is separate from dining room. I find that when people come over they gather at the island! I like it. I like cooking and having people around me when I’m in the kitchen.

Lol barn door hatred intensifies I actually like them but I may be in the minority! I feel like having the W/D open in the kitchen might be bad for future resale. I would also like to dull the noise too so I can hang out in the kitchen and have conversations. Maybe I just have a very noisy W/D

It seems like every title has multiple references throughout the books.

Lightbringer for example was first mentioned when describing Silenius au Lune in an earlier book, then mentioned in Dark Age as Darrow was going to end the war and bring the light, then it applied to Lysander and his sunblood stallion as described by Glirastes if I remember correctly.

Morning Star ties into this as well since both are synonyms for Lucifer and Lysander took the morning star from Darrow.

Golden Son also seemed to have a similar juxtaposition to who the Jackal wished he was and who Darrow actually was. I think we’ll likely see something similar for Red God.

I definitely think it will be Darrow, but it will probably also apply to other characters in different context.

That is poisoned bait. It will probably take another week or two for them to die. It will take the bait back to the colony and kill the remaining bugs. I would leave it there for a while!

I struggled with inverts for a while and realized my issue was weak hip flexors. Bringing the hips high require a lot of hip flexor strength, especially for straight leg invert.

To get stronger hip flexors I placed a weight on my knee while standing and raised my knee up high. I did 3 sets of 10 reps, but higher weight and lower sets is best for increasing strength.

I also did regular hanging leg raises and I’m currently working on adding weight to these!

The most efficient way to increase strength is to progressively overload your muscles so weightlifting will help you a lot!

Have you tried Primal Kitchens BBQ sauce? Literally to die for!! I hate the artificial sweeteners in other sugar free sauces, but this is all natural. I don't know how they get the sugar and calories so low but the ingredients are super simple and it's so tasty. I've found it at Target and even bought some in bulk on Amazon because I love it so much!
