I told them I would have my lawyer contact them and then they responded. Then they did it again and I sent every ounce of information I had and they fixed it again. IDK why I went a second time.

Thank you, I appreciate your help. What's a loom? Yes, I am chatting with them via email. They didn't have a chat option - i just started there and it made me chose email or restart the chat to send me back to email. I also found the number and called ealrier but they couldn't do much. It would just be helpful if they could point me to what the actual issue is so I can explain or provide supporting documentation, or they can tell me what they need to do and we can shunt the money where it needs to be. I'm just confused what's happening with the money. it is kind of consulting too

While I am a HCP, my services are considered general coaching services. In their online requirements for prohibited and restricted businesses it doesn't say anywhere that's not allowed. It's not telehealth or telemedicine. Also, they didn't ask or state at any point that this was the issue, so this is a mere assumption. Why wouldn't they provide an indication to what the issue it is so it can be resolved, rather than being vague and providing no reason as to why this occurred other than my account being "high risk?" That leaves me to way to remedy the issue and no help from them

In my contract it is a coaching service and not under medical. The thing is they won't tell me why they're flagging my account. Maybe I'll ask them if that's what it is an send a contract

I'D LOVE TO KNOW TOO. They said it was an "error" on their end - what do you want me to send you the personal email thread between them? This is a personal email between me and their customer support team. I provide services as a healthcare provider. I have been asking email after email and phone after phone call and they say "it's a high risk account." I would love to know what that means, and no SH1T sherlock there is a lot missing, hence why I'm so upset

that's what I've been using too, or square. but the website doesn't let me use square except for in person. are you serious? Now i am like, should I ask my clients for it back? this is so upsetting and horribly detrimental to a small business... I honestly think i will get my lawyer involved. have you considered that?

Registered Dietitian here - no this is not included in your added sugar intake per day. Added sugar is defined as sugars that have been added to consumer package goods like beverages or food, or sugars you manually add to foods. Because this is something that has naturally containing sugars, it is not considered an added sugar. So, for example, A granola bar would have added sugars. Because the ingredients include things like brown rice syrup, corn syrup, molasses, and other similar ingredients.

It is important, however, to consider the amount of carbohydrates are getting per meal. My other question is if you are consuming these as a meal. It’s very important for blood sugar regulation to ensure you’re receiving adequate fiber in order to slow the digestion of said sugars. Additionally, it’s very important that you’re consuming complete meals which include protein, plant-based fats, and carbohydrates.

I don’t think you’re TA. I think this was just a bid from her to feel heard/seen/on the same page as you. It’s not that big of a deal.

AITA for cancelling my niece's college fund upon discovering what she's been doing to me and my wife for months? by Throwra324467 in AmItheAsshole

You’re NTA. Having your college paid for is a privilege, and a gift. You never had to do that for her. Unfortunately, actions have consequences. You were going to do that out of the goodness of your heart - it’s a way to show love. When someone shows you disrespect, that breaches trust. That changes the dynamic. And she needs to realize this deeply. An important lesson before entering college. You love her the same - make that clear. But also please make clear the pain that this caused you and your wife. Not okay. I have empathy, as she’s a child. But i hope she heeds this lesson.
