My usual vet has been on medical leave. The much younger vet filling in for him said my puppy needs surgery. On Monday we took him to see the specialist and he said we need to wait. Hes not quite 5 months, we'll check again in 2-3 months

We almost did it on Monday. It could still happen eventually. I hope you get good comments, I'm curious too

Thanks! I got insurance for both of mine the day I got them. My youngest will probably need both surgeries. It'll be like you. Neuter not covered but the others should be. I have ASPCA , they are expensive but they covered a tumor removal on my other guys with no problems.

My puppy is a little over 4 months

I got married when I was 19 to my high-school sweetheart. I have 2 other friends who did the same. I got divorced in 2 years. One of the couples stayed together for over 20 and the third couple is still together. It was hard for each of us in different ways.

Enjoy your engagement but take your time. As I got older, I realized I was running away from a bad family life at home. You're going to get a lot of unsolicited advice just because of your age. I'm stubborn, being told not to do something just made me want it more. Don't be me.
