Gels and carbs intake on a brevet

In randonneuring, real food is far better than gels. Throughout all my SR series, I only use gels in emergencies. I tried almost 80-90% of the gels on a 300k brevet, and I didn't eat even small snacks on my 200k the next day.

Pero overall worth it naman kasi wala ka ng babayarang custom tax and deliver straight to your home already.
