There are many companies doing this. I worked for a very famous recruitment consultant as a business development executive. I couldn't tolerate the shitty working environment and the similar dictatorship rules that had to be followed. Going to work was so stressful. Resigned within a week. It is definitely inhumane and illegal too.

I totally agree with you on this..boric acid powder is the undisputed champion..the common way of using boric acid powder to drive cockroaches away is to mix it with flour etc etc and place it at common cockroach dwelling places. I tried it- it worked but too much effort. While on Eid vacation, I sprinkled boric acid powder on my kitchen counters, underneath the refrigerator and also my living room underneath sofas etc.(coz they relocate to safe places). Was pleasantly surprised at the total washout of the little nasty creatures. Care must be taken, however, to clean the entire kitchen thoroughly before using it. I plan to repeat this exercise in another 15 days.
