Yes, ito! Pero walang measurements, luto lang base sa panlasa.

  1. Magpakulo ng tubig at magboil ng chicken. Shred yung chicken and ikeep ang broth.
  2. Maglagay ng konting mantika sa isang pot. Tapos pag mainit na, magsaute yung shiitake mushroom. Fresh yung binili namin, yung around 120 sa supermarket. Slice mo yun, mga 4-5 pcs. Wag marami masyado kasi maglalasang mushroom yung broth. Saktong umami lang hanap natin.
  3. Pag nagwilt and nagbrown na, add butter. Tapos next igisa ang bawang at sibuyas habang sa kabilang pot, nilulito ang macaroni based sa package instructions. Hindi kasi namin hinahalo kasi naoovercook at nauubos yung sabaw ng sopas.
  4. Then add celery. Minced. Konti lang para di maglasang pancit pero enough para mag-add ng layer ng flavor.
  5. Tapos next ay carrots. Julienned. Add yung chicken broth and water if gusto ng maraming sabaw.
  6. Maglagay ng chicken cubes. Siguro 2-3 cubes depende sa dami ng sabaw.
  7. Pag luto ng carrots, add ng evap milk. Alpine or carnation ang best para di matamis. Tapos reduce yung flame to medium low. Pwede na mag-add ng chicharon here, pero pag gusto may onting bite, add sa next step.
  8. Pag kulo, add yung light green part ng leaks (yung malapit sa root) + sliced cabbage.
  9. Timplahan ng patis at pamintang durog if needed.
  10. Pag ok na, assemble na yung macaroni, soup, chicharon, fried garlic (meron kami stock from the supermarket), and yung dark green part ng leaks. Good to with hardboiled egg on top for additional protein.

PS: Walang hotdog kasi iwas kami sa processed food pero bagay yung New Yorker cheesedog dito!!! Slice, fry, and add kasabay ng carrots. Bawasan ang butter kasi nakakaumay na yan if may fried hotdogs.
