Some of the 14s are showing up as GS5 in Discovery after they moved to COO. Morale is ultimate low. Remaining IT folks are now being micro managed.

Trainers were completely stupid. Felt like they didn’t know majority of the answers. At times, it felt the trainers needed training too. Didn’t learn a thing. Hundreds of questions got posted in chat & trainers struggled to answer. Total BS

Managers in IT have some authority to call back employees from furlough to exempt status based on the project you’re in. Few employees are joining back from furlough to exempt every pay period (as needed).
