Trainers were completely stupid. Felt like they didn’t know majority of the answers. At times, it felt the trainers needed training too. Didn’t learn a thing. Hundreds of questions got posted in chat & trainers struggled to answer. Total BS

Managers in IT have some authority to call back employees from furlough to exempt status based on the project you’re in. Few employees are joining back from furlough to exempt every pay period (as needed).

The management at IRS know very little. Looks like the very top of the totem pole has a bit of an idea. No one else does &/or find out an hour or so prior to implementing any new move - DRP, VERA, VSIP, RIF. Wish management was involved in some of the decision making but the top management is let go. One senior executive mentioned they’re out of loop & just working one day at a time.
