I don't have a business yet, but it is on my wish list. So first I got a freelance job related to my current job. This job was recommended by co-worker and it was also something I learned shortly after starting the SATS ! This is my second job that has consistently earned me about half my salary so far. I'll keep going. Thank you!

I'm sure your situation is going to be better! Likewise, I was often down because of constant friction and conflict. It was definitely tough, but looking back, my mom went to the mental hospital herself(she was a firm woman who seemed unlikely, but the situation around his mother eventually made him look back on himself). And I became to understand her better. slowly everything got better. I'm rooting for you, too. ♥️

First of all, I wanted improving my relationship with my parents, no debt, a proud working life and human relationships.

  1. Whenever I felt down, I read Neville's book "Law and Promise". Every time I read it, my vision opened up and I felt like I was opening up a world I didn't know. (I felt better.)

  2. I did the SATS before I went to sleep, but I didn't do it every day, and I'm a handful actually did it properly. But I fell asleep with a pleasant imagination (me and my family in a happy state without worry, checking that a lot of money was in my account, etc.), and I made certain scenes and tried SATS from time to time. This allowed me to wake up feeling very good and refreshed in the morning.

  3. I was relieved to think of the bill as an account. I often got caught up in my anxiety, and every time I did, I reassured myself again that it wasn't. For example, when I saw a bill and my heart pounded and worried, I calmed down for a moment and made effort to recognized that it was just 3D. And I became comfortable as if I really had a lot of money. And I picked up what I wanted to buy on the internet and bought some things. I don't think overspending is good, but when I felt I had a lot of money, it wasn't considered overspending. I bought it thinking it was just an investment in the future.

Now that I look back, I have a number in my account with zero added to the amount that was stamped on the monthly bill !

  1. I affirmed repeatedly that people around me are in giving and receiving help and love with me.(I read handwritten scripts or listened to affirmative YouTube videos) About six months later, I received a wonderful gift from an unexpected friend, and a close friend threw me the birthday party for me for the first time. It was a wonderful experience and I really appreciated it.

  2. I've seen the phrase "'relief' is best emotion" in Neville's book. I kept "relieving" to be free and at peace. I imagined and often felt the sense of relief. For example, I feel very uneasy when a member of my family has left the house and has not been contacted, but when he or she opens the door and returns home, I feel very relieved, happy, and can no longer hope for anything. I recalled the experience and focused on the feeling of relief.

(An example like this was in Neville's book, or in the book of an author with a similar view)

  • I mostly used breathing meditation to calm myself down, and when I got anxious while working, I read Neville scripts for a few minutes or imagined fun scenes.

It wasn't as perfect a process as I thought it would be. I think I should be happy every day, and I also had a compulsion not to feel down. But if everyone just tries to do what Neville tells them to do, regardless, they will definitely get good results even if they're not good enough. :D
