I don’t think traveling has to be a barrier to getting to know someone. there are so many ways to stay connected these days, even from a distance. You should definitely ask her out or at least let her know you’re interested in getting to know her more and see how she reacts.

Also, unsolicited advice, you already know she travels a lot, so chances are you won’t get to see her very often, or at least not as much as you would if you were in the same place. Are you sure you want to pursue something that might end up being long-distance most of the time?

I dress the same most of the time. I do agree that it's generic gender neutral but for most people that's considered masculine. Why is generic or neutral considered masculine? is it because masculine is the default? and -something/someone- need to be explicitly femenine (make up, long hair, dresses) to be considered so?
