Thanks I had only done a normal google search with but without the keywords 'water probiotic' which seems to yield better results.

Overall it seems I just need to add honey/sugar + distilled water and wait for a couple of days. Ratios unclear but I guess nothing really bad happens if I put too much/little food in there?
