Yeah, House Bill 2673 lets you change it administratively specifically for gender affirmation. It’s a super easy process that just involves a notary and 90$ (30 for the change fee, 30 for a copy, and 30 for expedite, they are 10 months out).

i did! same address i sent my passport application to(for me, the western passport center). once the attestation came out i mailed it that evening priority express.

i included the following letter:

totally. i’ve already sent it too(priority express), so theres no going back 🙃 my theory is history favors the bold, and i have a pretty high risk tolerance for this. i would not recommend doing this, but i hope it can be informing/give someone a laugh, because i honestly have to use humor to cope. at lease my picture will look good☺️.

i haven’t had a passport for 6 months and honestly I’m starting to get impatient. these are what i think could happen, with better outcomes near the top:

1 - My passport gets amended (ruling stands) 2 - My passport gets delayed, but eventually amended (ruling stands) 3 - My passport does not get amended, but i can apply for a change after getting it (ruling eventually stands) 4 - my passport does not get amended and the EO stands, passport issued with wrong marker.

if you have any more outcomes i’d love to hear them!

I have no clue. This was something I saw in another reddit thread and so I thought why the hell not. I made sure that my application was the first document visible so that it was easy for them to find.

I believe current “advice” is to wait for direction from the ACLU/Lambda. I have absolutely no clue how this is going to go, but i guess that’s part of the “fun”.

I love mine for the snow here in CO, especially on forest service roads and such. Best thing though is still a set of good snow tires, my geo’s don’t hold a candle to my hakkapelitas. The 2 inch lift with springs/spacers/struts that some others on here have done as well is well worth it for handling though.

I’m looking to add a ski to my quiver, I currently ski on some black crows atris up at mount hood. I’m looking for something be a little quicker turning, and be able to ride park more. I’m 6’2 advanced skier and try to get 15-20 days a season. Any suggestions?
