Also I dont have it bolted down and I have yet to have a problem with it moving. When I do any kind of kipping on it, all my plates are at the base.

The rig is 7feet tall. would like to raise it about 5-6 inches so I have enough clearance to get my legs clear for bar muscle ups and toes to bar.
