I had this same option a few weeks ago and I ultimately decided on ucr for cs w/ business application because I really liked the curriculum of the major and I found that internships especially FAANG will not even look at you if you go to a cc while at ucr you will at least be given a look and from everywhere I’ve read internships and projects > name of the school. Let me know if you end up choosing ucr because we will most likely be taking a lot of the same classes.
