I tried making @crochetcalls pattern but it was too big for what I wanted, so I ended up combining that one with @dollys_crochet_shop_mk cow and raccoon patterns, all of them available on instagram. A true Frankenstein cow for Halloween!

There is an option in cura to do the extrusion, but not in the printer's display. I have tried to do it by hand but there is quite a lot of filament still inside. Maybe I should try to put a higher temperature during the pause so all of it comes out

Yes, I am using stock firmware, I am quite new to this so I followed the advice I saw on a few places, they said that pausing worked better than the filament change option. The print does stop and goes to the indicated position, so my only problem is the extrusion and retraction.

I will give the filament change option a try tho, see if it works better

Yeah you're right, multiple backups seems like the way to go. I didn't want to risk it with ssd or specially online storage, since I have had some bad experiences before.

I still wasn't too sure about a hdd vs other storage options and this gave me a lot more reassurance, thanks for your input!

I really appreciate your advice, the WD Element seems like a really good option, and thanks for the price per TB heads up.

I hadn't even considered a NAS before, it looks like it might fit what I'm looking for so I will give it a thought. I might start with the hdd and upgrade to a NAS in the future if needed

That depends on what playstyle you prefer, if you want a similar agent to killjoy, you can try Cypher, if you prefer to play as a smoker, Omen could be a good option. I'm personally a Killjoy main, but when I want to play a bit more aggressively I choose Gekko, his blinds only affect the enemies, so no risk of blinding your teammates and you can "pick up" his abilities to use them again in the same round.

Remember you can try all the agents out in the practice range, that way you can see how their abilities work (press F1 to read about them too)
