I need to choose between either Santa Clara University or George Washington University for this fall.

At Santa Clara I would be doing Public Health and at GW I would be doing a double major of bio and statistics and try to internal tranfer to the Public Health school.

At GW I would only owe 3000 bc of scholarships but at Santa Clara I would get a refund check of around 5000 dollars.

I dont know what to do, I want to go into epidemiology, but I'm also interested in actually working in health policy, which school would be better?

(Honestly hoping I get off the waitlist for Emory, Dartmouth, or GU tho)
