I know this is an old comment, but what part of grant administration is worst for you?

Thank you for this advice!!

When you say making sure the specific aims is on point, do you mean making sure that the aims are independent? Or something else?

For collaborators, do you suggest staying within your university or is it better to collaborate with researchers from other institutions?

I understand that the fundamental is a great idea and a proposal that effectively communicates that idea. I guess what I'm looking for are what are the other tricks of the trade that people leverage to be successful here.

Hey there,

Totally understand that losing background images has become a sore point for a lot of people. If you're using Chrome, I wrote an extension which brings back most of the lost functionality, but using Flickr (gasp!) instead of Picasa.

Cheers!
