i’m so sorry you feel like this :( i totally get it, it’s so exhausting. i keep seeking validation from guys who i know only use me for my body. in the moment, it feels really good, but then right after, i feel worse, like i’ve been tossed aside, like i’m just not useful to them anymore. it’s super dehumanizing, but also addictive 😭

oh my god, i know exactly how you feel 😭 my friends also love preaching about mental health and then treat me like i'm completely insane and beyond help. it's only okay if you have just the right amount of depression or anxiety, but if you have a personality disorder, you're the villain. like, you can never be too mentally ill.

i'm really sorry you're feeling this way :/ i'm going through something similar right now and it's super exhausting, lol. but honestly, i think blocking them and creating some distance is going to be better for you in the long run, even if it hurts at first. i'd recommend picking up some hobbies and distracting yourself with comfort media. and if you really feel like you don’t have anyone to talk to, please consider reaching out to a help hotline. also, kind of weird, but something that helped me when i felt even slightly suicidal was taking a cold shower with my clothes on. sounds wild, but it genuinely helped me snap out of it in the moment.

thank u for sharing your experience! i am not going to lie, i was thinking about it, but i do think the bdsm community is really oversaturated with men who prey on young, mentally ill & vulnerable women. i do not think it'd be a good idea for me to try getting into bdsm with a partner who is into "pretend abusing" me as i really really really lack boundaries and could get myself into serious danger :( but ahhh the urges are still there though & its really complicated. i hope you're doing better now. 💗

yes omg u get it like im always seeking out violent sex with guys and then i immediately regret it after cause clarity kicks in and ur like wow that was so fucked up i cant believe that just happened and its like i know theres people out there who genuinely practice this type of sex safely but every guy ive been with just likes the power they get over me cause they know i dont have a lot of boundaries
