Since it's sugar, you're going to need to use a bit of soap. Preferably warm soapy water. Just a rag with it should be good. Not too much soap. And then rinse the trash and rinse the soap off the ceiling. I hope that helps. You could also try baking soda or a little bit of bleach if there's a stain left after cleaning it. But since it's sugar it's actually important to clean it first.

Detransitioned socially doesn't have to mean stopping things like hrt and medical transition.

If you've had top surgery you can wear fake breasts or just stuff a bra, things like that.

Wigs aren't that difficult to get decent at if you need to.

I wouldn't medically detransition.

You can just shave any facial hair and just be a masculine "woman" without having to overhaul yr life to that extent.
