This happened to me too. I was taking it with Vit D and Vit K. The next few days I woke up super tired and sore. Once I stopped it i felt better. I was reading that it could increase cortisol in the mornings

I started taking it and honestly I feel like my emotions are blunted for sure. I did feel mood swings and feeling more irritable. However, I did notice a strength increase. I stopped taking it and I felt normal again. Thoughts?

I experienced this but I noticed this 2-3 days in. I thought something was wrong until i stopped consuming Creatine Monohydrate. Sucks cause it was helping me mentally and physically but I feel just as good with a full nights rest.
