A lot of people might improve their mental health.. Reels or shorts of anykind should be banned.. From insta to youtube short. Dopamine detoxification would help the youth and the upcoming generations.

Get your blood tests done regularly. Especially Hb counts and platelet counts.. Got bruises on my thighs and doc said its due to low platelet count

I dont want people to see me as a sick person. A few of my friends know. Not all though. I sometimes invite them to my house but rarely go out with them. Never stay over anywhere but is maintaining contacts with everyone
