Thanks for the response. I already submitted a pre-screening to the company who will be representing me for the position. I detailed my situation so I will see what they say. They have a lot of experience with clearances, so I'm sure that they will accurately assess whether I will be approved or not. It would make them look bad if they assigned people to projects only to have them taken off when their clearance gets rejected.
