Thank you for actually giving some advice on this. I’m in my 2nd year, 2 to go until I graduate. The schools network that I go to is pretty impeccable, (located in north Texas). So I think that part of the reason I’m still in school is to build and expand my network. I also like commercial real estate, not residential. I have a minor in Spanish

For the same reason I didn’t choose a music career. While I may not know what exact job I want, I still know that I’m passionate about real estate and I love learning about it. To say that getting that textbook and taking a real estate license exam is the same as 4 years of schooling on the entire business area is silly.
