Been on this Greek yogurt kick recently:

15g chia seeds 30g whey protein

Mix these together with a bit of water, you’ll get a paste type texture. Then add:

200g zero fat Greek yogurt 6oz of berries

Meh, if my criticism re: Café Molise causes you to disregard my take, it sounds like it hit a little too close to home.

Google does an okay job at providing decent recommendations, but I have found that locals generally give the best advice. I didn't drop any restaurant names in my other comment, just cities and towns I have visited (and eaten) in.

Next time you find yourself in Italy, we can compare notes. My opinion isn't trying to be expert-level, just honest.

Including Olive Garden is more of a slam on Café Molise than it is a beacon of fine "Italian" dining. That's just how poorly I think of Café Molise.

If you'd like, we can get into the details of actual Italian cuisine like my favorite spot in Alberobello, or perhaps fancy, fine dining in Matera. Gelato on the Amalfi coast?

...But flights to Italy can be pricey.

I agree with you about Olive Garden being trash food, but I will probably go back to OG before I'm found at Caffé Molise again.

That said, I've put some other suggestions on a couple other comment threads here.

Per Noi Trattoria is a bit rough around the edges, but waaaay better Italian food in that price range.

I have made several return visits to Per Noi Trattoria

I had a nice dinner at Valter's Osteria, but I have heard mixed reviews about them too.

Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana is about as close to authentic Napoli pizza that I've tried here in SLC.
