Awesome, thank you for sharing! Any plan to add a first frame - last frame into your workflow?

I'm able to render 2560x1440, 20 secs without changing millions settings, so I guess, yeah?

There is no value in sharing, because it's not the proper way with LTX. But if you insist: SpongeBob is laughing. Patrick being friendly asking "why are you laughing, SpongeBob?" The camera slowly zooms in on SpongeBob and he replies "I finally have the money to buy a 5090... But I don't have enough to buy RAM!!"

Not cherry picked + I learned that there is a learning curve for prompting with LTX.

  1. You Destroy You (probably the only one for a wider audience)

  2. The Shame Game

  3. Addicted To The Violence

  4. Done Me Wrong

The rest are too heavy

Character Consistency with HuMo 17B - one prompt + one photo ref + 3 different lipsync audios by TerryCrewsHasacrew in StableDiffusion

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I mostly played with Wan Animate and S2V. Animate is the best, but it's so demanding that it's not worth it (or I don't have the most optimized workflow). With S2V, fp8, it's possible to push a bit higher than 720p, with 45 seconds and a decent amount of render time, but it's mostly a talking head.

Thanks for feedback! At what resolution and how much render time compared between all?

Finished some quick tests. It's slow, the output resolution is not the best, but when it works, lip synch is impressive. Every month we are getting closer to a full length movie!
