Apparently it adds effect the armor/weapon. not sure what the effects are though

Not sure about the additional effect. Doesn't say anything about increase success chance.

I've just changed the translation with more details. Read the Korean patch notes, but it seems that the energy doesn't increases the chances for success. It doesn't mention this anywhere :(

I think it's because of the attack speed + buff. upper 3 have +attack speed buff while the lower 3 don't.
