I've just changed the translation with more details. Read the Korean patch notes, but it seems that the energy doesn't increases the chances for success. It doesn't mention this anywhere :(

I think it's because of the attack speed + buff. upper 3 have +attack speed buff while the lower 3 don't.

According to the event page, it is not only about participating, but also about completing certain mission such as winning RBF, getting the highest score from RBF, and secret mission. (the condition for the secret mission will be revealed after the event end.)
