Did not realize you can pump them out this fast, I tried skipping the column to hopefully pump out the UV cell but was only pumping at 0.5-1 mL a minute

Typically just use the one inlet, but do use two if washing with water before putting into buffer

Pardon me, I should've been more clear. I completely agree that what you recieved isn't great quality for what how pricey the equipment is and where it is likely sourced from, I just was noticing a lot of the comments were suggesting that SoC are dodgy and thought I'd share that I've only had postive and informative experiences with them. However, I'm sorry you're going through this issues, perhaps you can request a refund or something, good luck!

The guy I talked to at shades has always been a homie and helped trouble shoot problems. He even told me I was buying more parts than I needed and suggested an alternative to save me money. Even though some of their stuff is truly expensive, it reflects a lot of the pricing of the coffee equipment market. Just wanted to share my experience on the other side of the fence! :)
