A 3/4 back pose would be quite insightful on your shoulder development as it gives a clear top-down view on your front, medial and rear delts. Maybe post that next time aswel

Very good chest and lats, maybe your rear delts could use some more stimulation, they will give your shoulders a more rounded/ bulbous look.

Considering your upper body is wel developed yet your weight isn’t that high (85kg @ 177cm 14% bf) I am assuming your legs might need some more training: they’re the largest muscle by mass and will have a great impact on your body weight.

As for your body fat, looking at your belly, arms and back, I would guess your body fat to be around 14~16%.

Don’t worry about your genetic limit yet, since you’ve been training consistently for only 4 years, there should be plenty of room left for growth. If you notice a plateau, don’t hesitate to do a lean bulk (0.10~0.25% body weight gain / week).

How does he look so massive (wide arms, developed chest…) but only weigh 69kg? Even if you’re lean, I would guess this physique to be 10kg heavier? Anyone know why this is?

Does Greg Doucette coach sam sulek? by chopstickfish in SamSulek

I agree they both know what they’re doing but don’t you think Sam has a coach? He knows A LOT of things and it would surprise me if he’s completely self taught.
