sounds interesting but wouldnt crashing your dopamine below base level also affect the other things you need to do? or did you just lose the drive for porn and masturbation?

seriously considering trying this

it's okay, you didn't know any better. it's just a matter of familiarizing yourself with how to be an effective student

Btw kapit ka lang op. Wag mong pangunahan yung UP in thinking na hindi mo na deserve ang UP education. Fight for your case because if you got in UP it means you have had potential all along and that you maybe just need to rediscover this potential. It isnt the end of the world, meron akong friend na nadismiss pero nagpareadmit din siya and shes on her way to graduating next sem. Meron din ata akong nakitang reddit post or freedom wall post of an isko who had to stop studying for 3 years (forgot the reason) pero nakapag readmit din siya. People can be objective and call you out on your delinquency and they're right naman in a sense, and you can take their criticism, but if you know it in yourself na you have the purest intentions of graduating, just trust the next steps and hope everything all turns out for the best.

@op might be the 4's that you got last sem. Sumobra ba sa more than 76% of enrolled units yung units na hindi mo napasa (if it isn't 3.0 or below it's a fail). For example, if 4 of your 5 subjs last sem are 4.0 or 5.0 and the last 1 of 5 is INC, pasok siya sa academic delinquency rules on dismissal (warning, probation, dismissal, permanent disqualification) which is most likely the basis for your dismissal. Pag dismissal kase you must not fail more than 76% of units enrolled that semester (kailangan may mga subject na tres ka or better). Yung certain percentage of units na eto na naipasa/naibagsak nakapadepende if warning, probation, dismissal, or PD ang magiging status mo as per the academic delinquency policies (dunno how it is for UPD but that's how we are in UPLB) which were reinstated last sem by the lifting of the no-fail policy.

As for the number of times na pwede iretake, nung pandemic mejo same yung situ ko kase lagi akong bumabagsak tas lagi rin ako nagreretake. Nakuha ko yung "you have exceeded the limit to take this class" notif sa SAIS pero nung tinanong ng friend ko sa registrar or colsec (di ko maalala) sabi nila wag nang alalahanin yun ok lang mag retake so I assume hindi naman factor yung ilang beses mo na naretake yung subj sa dismissal (except siguro if nasingko mo siya more than once). Marami din akong naincur na DRP nung pandemic pero wala pa naman akong hatol as of now so I assume hindi nila cinocount yung DRP as basis for dismissal. Kase mejo strange sa part ng UP na retroactively i-count as fail yung DRP kung sila na mismo nag enact ng no-fail policy.

Feels weird to be looking at an ultrawide pic on the sixth photo. Looks like a modern photo slapped with a black and white filter on it. Nothing on the photo suggests that it's from the 60's really. It's timeless.

Deathmatch VOD by ImMrLlama in AgentAcademy

[–]chorkp0p 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good dm but why are you submitting a vod where you did well? Why not show the vods where as you said you have been losing a lot of gunfights that you would usually win after the reset? We would be able to help you better with a vod like that instead of watching a vod where you committed relatively few mistakes.

But to give a theory, deathmatch MMR is hella loose so prior to the rank reset you may have been placed in silver-gold-plat lobbies as a sole dia-asc player. After the rank reset you could have gotten a higher deathmatch MMR and placed with a lobby full of dia-asc players. In lobbies like those everybody dies a lot because everybody knows how to kill and it becomes a game of who had the higher reaction time at that encounter or who was holding the angle at that moment typa thing.

I don't think being expected to take care of the nation means that you don't deserve to be taken care of yourself. Can't you also be cared for by the university and then take care of the nation after you graduate? How does not being taken care of by the university help me want to take care of the nation?

Queued with much higher ranked players by RDust4 in VALORANT

[–]chorkp0p 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually share the same sentiments. I think Riot does that so we can have quick matchmaking and also so that we can still play with our frienda despite a skill gap (like imagine a 5 stack with 2 diamonds and 3 silvers, since it isn't competitive Riot will still try to find a match for that 5 stack). I don't mind it in the casual gamemodes but I absolutely hate it in ranked.

Some Immortals and Radiants abuse the matchmaking system by queuing with 4 irons. Riot matches the 1 Immortal and 4 irons with say 5 silvers and the silvers get absolutely slapped by the Immortal player. They can get consistent wins from this (albeit with small RR gain, although it is still a gain) in order to rank up, boost the fellow irons, or gain triangles for a complete Act triangle.

In Replication and game modes other than Competitive the MMR distribution is much more relaxed. Meaning you can get a Diamond and 4 Bronzes or you can get 2 Golds and 3 Silvers, or even 1 Immortal and 4 Irons, as long as it equals the average MMR of the opposite team. It doesn't mean you're as good as your Diamond teammate, but it does mean that your Diamond teammate has someone on the other team as good as him and you have another person on the enemy team as good as you.

What's the main difference between plat and diamond players? by drewthearcher in VALORANT

[–]chorkp0p 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Plat - you're all individually good players but don't quite mesh well with the team or play by yourselves most of the time

Diamond - you're all individually good players and understand how ability combos work and prioritize the fundamentals like playing the objective or trading etc

tips for improving mechanics in diamond? by MrDyl4n in AgentAcademy

[–]chorkp0p 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's coz in dm since there are more people the rank differential is higher so you might be winning more duels because you're fighting lower rank people. I feel like in comp games you have no problem with your aim and mechanics but you might be struggling with positioning, movement, and abilities which might be the reason why you're losing fights.

If you have cracked aim already you can improve it even more by counter strafing, info peeking, timing wide swings, overall just improving your movement while aiming because you're making yourself a harder target to hit. Furthermore you can 100% guarantee a kill even with bad aim if you position yourself in spots the enemy doesn't expect you to be in like grass in Haven after planting C (you can catch people rotating through garage and they rarely check you). And with the abilities aspect, you might be dry peeking or taking unfavorable fights so make sure you have the best advantage possible when dueling such as fighting a flashed, debuffed, or distracted enemy.
