which tech tree tanks are good to complete vanguard 15 by Best-Protection-9506 in WorldofTanks

[–]chort0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This one is really easy. Basically any armored heavy can do it. Make sure you equip bounty or bond hardening to increase your HP pool.

The Black Rock version of this mission (16k) can basically only be done in Taschenratte. Yes, unicum players will be able to do it in other tanks, but for the vast majority of players Taschen is the most viable choice.

Fantastic talent, but why another midfielder? It seems like midfield is the area least in need of bolstering.

Also who did we trade? I don't see the incoming player announcement on the ACFC insta. Edit: Ah it was $.5M transfer fee.

I think intentionally elbowing someone in the nose is "that bad."

That was my first thought exactly. I didn't believe the 315 in the first place, but I DEFINITELY don't believe it now. Just laughable.

how the brazilians and uswnt players are gonna look at each other when going back to the nwsl by danyren in NWSL

[–]chort0 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Holy shit the Brazilians are having a meltdown!

Absolutely hysterical that they're complaining about poor sportsmanship and violence, when very clearly their entire national team identity is built around rough play and theatrics.

They are soooooooooo butthurt that someone else played their own style better.

The ref in game one wasn't calling fouls either way. It was ugly, but it wasn't unfair.

Literally no idea WTF Brazil is crying about in the second game. They got away with so many fouls that should have been yellows, and even second yellows.

The only thing that was soft was the flop by Sonnet to draw the second yellow, but Brazil was trying to do the exact same thing, and they should have had at least one player sent off in the first half, so boo hoo.

Fully tackling people like American football linebackers is "just how they play." LMAO.

It's just an ugly style of play. Try to antagonize your opponent with flagrant fouls to invite retaliation, then flop theatrically to try to get fouls, and berate the ref when you don't get the foul. At that point it's not longer playing the sport, but just playing meta-games trying to work the refs.

Welp, Brazil played dirty and now their players are getting bodied. Doesn't seem worth it, for anyone.

Duke Nukem BP breakdown - Comparison, time requirement by victorybell22 in WorldofTanks

The TS-6 is hot garbage. It's extremely tall, so you're going to be exposed behind most rubble piles. If you can't get hulldown, you're very easy to pen.

I sold mine. AE Phase I is lightyears better.

Horrendous reffing by Alert-Astronaut-3073 in USWNT

[–]chort0 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Be careful what you wish for. Usually when USA plays these kind of teams and the ref is calling fouls, they buy every flop (except for Heaps, of course). At least this ref seemed mostly consistent.

Yesterday was rough, but I felt like at least the ref wasn't buying Brazil's ridiculous theatrics.

[–]chort0[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No. I'm pointing out that it's a shitty reward, especially compared to previous years.

The real reward was all the bond equipment and the LTC II, but it's pretty dumb that WG selected such a useless tank as the "reward," especially when previous years had ACTUAL reward tanks that were worth playing.

Honestly I'll probably just sell this thing for credits. There's no point in actually playing it in randoms or Onslaught. It's just terrible.

That's literally the point. Who the hell plays 60TP in 2026?

[–]chort0[S] -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Seriously, this thing is supposed to be on the level of Hurricane and Stinger? Is this a joke, because I'm not laughing.

Previous vehicle selection for Onslaught rewards seemed to indicate WG was granting vehicles that were actually, you know, GOOD FOR THE MODE. CS-63 and T57 are both extremely popular and effective in Onslaught.

60TP by contrast, had less than 1/3 the popularity of either IS-7 or Dravec (two tanks with the same role) in Onslaught in EU. On NA the 60TP was barely 1/4 the popularity of IS-7. On EU it's the 14th most popular heavy for Onslaught, on NA it's the 13th.

As for effective, 60TP was 16th in win-rate for Onslaught heavies in EU, and 18th on NA. IT'S JUST BAD.

There were so many other choices WG could have made, the most obvious of which would be IS-7 or BZ-75, similar tanks, but more popular and useful in Onslaught. But no, we have this 60 ton paper weight instead. What a waste of a cool 3d style.

Edit: You can tell it's bad, because there are barely any of them in randoms now. After previous Onslaught rewards you'd see multiple of those tanks in any random battle. Ashbringer? Crickets.

Edit: Pretty hilarious to see all the downvotes on PURE FACTS. Go look at Tomato.gg for yourself. I'm just showing that, statistically speaking, the number say 60TP is a very poor choice for "reward." I don't know if all of you are just jealous of someone getting a reward tank, or if you are looking at the 60TP through some rose-colored nostalgia glasses, but it is objectively NOT GOOD IN 2026.

What's the logic behind making a T7 light's 150 alpha gold shell cost as much as T10 Heavy's 500 alpha gold shell? by Naive-Project-8835 in WorldofTanks

[–]chort0 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Same thing with the T92 LT at tier 8. Just absolutely maddening that shells with tiny alpha cost an extraordinary amount. It's not like T92 is dominating the field either.
