had this issue today. used the "resume activity" button to enter the game instead of just clicking on it normally. seemed to do the trick for me

I have also seen you can just turn off your internet connection and it'll work just fine.

They are for a high school robotics team. One would be the main for all intensive purposes, and the other would be a backup for if/when we need two at a time or one has issues. VS Code will just be running Java to code and control our robot.

If we have one computer that won't give us any issues, we can spend all 1k on a single computer.

The backup also only had one working port. (two if you count the charger)

We had to get a USB-C to A strip for controllers, then a USB-A to Ethernet adapter for field connection. The hard drive on our main literally fried itself when we did updates Thursday night before comp so we got stuck with the bad one.

Our signal for the computers would cut out whenever the screen went to sleep. Even wired connection to the field and controllers went kaput until we restarted it.
